Welcome to Grace Alone Academy!

Grace Alone Academy is a K-12 registered Florida Private Umbrella School for Homeschoolers,recognized by the Federal
department of Education. The school offers record keeping services to comply with Florida Home school Requirements as
well as many optional services.

We give parents the option of choosing their own curriculum that best suits the needs of each individual student.

We offer an online reporting option, high school diplomas, Florida virtual school affiliation and much more.

Christian Homeschool Adventures, a division of Grace Alone Academy, offers twice yearly camping adventures that revolve

Handwritten Immunization Waiver requests are no longer valid. The State of Florida requires form DH-681 which must be obtained from
your local county health department in order to be in compliance due to religious convictions.

Also: Students entering 7th grade need their "booster shots"or waiver form /updated immunizations in order to complete enrollment for the
2010/2011 school year. Concerns and objections to this requirement should be sent to http://www.doh.state.fl.us/. GAA cannot alter the law
that is in place.

Grace Alone Academy Statement of Faith

The Scriptures
We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God. It is infallible and complete.

The Godhead
We believe in the one living, eternal God, Creator of all things, who exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Virgin Birth
We believe by the miracle of the virgin birth that the Lord Jesus Christ, eternal Son of God, became man without ceasing to be God, in order to
reveal God and to redeem man. That He died for our sins as a sacrifice and rose bodily from the dead for our justification. We believe He is now
exalted at the right hand of God, that He is the Head of the Church, the Lord of the individual believer, that He is ministering as our Great High
Priest and Advocate and that we are awaiting His bodily return.

Resurrection
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, of the saved to eternal life with the Lord, and of the lost to eternal damnation.

Fallen Man
We believe that man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and is therefore lost. Only those who become truly born again through the
belief in Jesus Christ are saved from their sins.

Christian Life
We believe that as Christians we are called to live a godly life and are enabled to do that by the indwelling ministry of the Holy Spirit

Why should you choose a private umbrella for your homeschool?
Many Christian home schoolers enjoy the private school option because it allows them to legally exercise religious freedom for
their homeschool, rather than being subject to secular government influences. The added benefit of administrative services
frees the parent up to spend more time teaching and less time on records and other time consuming tasks.

Is Grace Alone Academy Accredited?
No. After much research and prayer, we have no plans to seek accreditation. Through prior experience, we have found that a
diploma from an accredited school does not make a difference in college entry or military entrance. If your student plans to
continue post secondary education or the military, it is best to take the SAT or ACT as this is the final indicator of a student’s
success rather than rely on accreditation. You are teaching your child, not the school; therefore, a student is assessed based
on their knowledge and not by whether the private school has paid for accreditation.
