                                Grace Alone Academy Enrollment & Reporting Procedures
  
1. Fill out registration/renewal forms for each student.

2. Make payment for each student through Paypal secure payment portal.

3. Ensure GAA has a copy of the birth certificate, immunization form or waiver form and a current health physical or
waiver on file. This can be scanned and emailed to
fbiuthldr@fairpoint.net.

4. Once steps 1-3 have been completed, your registration will be processed and you will receive an email with an  a
copy of your acceptance letter for each student. Please print this for your records.

5. When your school year ends, go to the current student page, renew your membership and begin  your next
school year. GAA does not operate on a typical school year. If you finish early and want  to begin the next grade, all
you need to is renew early. Students have 12 months to complete the current grade before renewal is required.

We are looking for a couple of high school students to help with newsletter, website, and yearbook. You
would be able to receive credit

Attention ALL High school students (9-12)

All high school students are required to report credits online, using the homeschool online reporting website. I highly recommend this site as it is a great time
saver and helps you see all records at a glance. It also allows you and I to communicate regarding courses. You may register for a FAMILY account (only
one account needed per family) at
www.homeschoolreporting.com

Make Sure to use the GAA discount code when registering. This will allow you to only pay $10.00 for the whole family for one school year. The discount code
is GAA7   

A FEE of $55.00 for each previous year in high school needing acceptance that you were not enrolled in Grace Academy.(example: student enrolls in
eleventh grade and wants ninth and tenth grade credits applied toward graduation.  A charge of $55.00 for ninth grade credits and $55.00 for tenth grade
credits will be added).
                                            
For Students in Grade 12 (or graduating year):
There is a $125.00 graduation fee in addition to tuition for each student during their graduating year (includes diploma, padded diploma cover, and tassel).  
We will provide four transcripts at no charge.  There will be a $10.00 fee for each additional transcript after the initial four.  This must be paid in advance.
